Q. What does it cost to participate?

A. Cincy Recovery is free to those who have 48 hours of sobriety. 

Q. Why is fitness a component of recovery?

A. Studies* show that with exercise, the brain releases endorphins that is similar to the feeling from drugs and alcohol.

In addition, fitness can help:

  • reduce stress

  • improve sleep

  • increase energy and self-confidence

  • build a stronger immune system

  • prevent relapse

Through our program, participants will gain strength, confidence and skills to keep the sobriety commitment.

Q. I’ve never taken a fitness class, can I still attend?

A. Our certified trainers will meet you at your current fitness level and will design a program to help you improve your fitness level.

Q. How do I get involved as a partner?

A. We’d love to take this program through out greater Cincinnati. If you are a inpatient or outpatient treatment center who can host a group fill out the contact form or email us at andyg.cincyrecovery@gmail.com.
