Strengthen your mind, body, and spirit through the Cincy Recovery functional fitness training program that better prepares you for everyday activities and tasks.
Functional fitness means our programming is constantly varied and performed at varying levels of intensity.
Participants spend 60 minutes in an instructor-led workout meant for any fitness level:
Warmup with a focus on mobility and stretching
Strength and conditioning workout
Cool down and stretching
The trainer will measure current fitness levels and work with individuals to set personal fitness goals.
COMMUNITY
The first step of showing up is the hardest step.
Break old habits with new habits and make a consistent effort in investing in you to support your recovery.
