Cincy Recovery started as a vision to create a recovery program that brings together fitness and health in a community setting to help fight addiction.

I am passionate about fitness and supporting people in their healthy transformation and sustainable recovery.

Cincy Recovery is a natural progression for me with year of involvement with organizations such as CARA (Chicago, IL), Jobs Plus (City Gospel Mission), and the Cincinnati Healing Center

Since 2015, I have committed my passion, business experience and time to the substance use disorder/mental health space.  Prior to working with Cincy Recovery my focus had been and continues to be on the front line of guiding those struggling to get into treatment.  I am inspired by the mission of Cincy Recovery to take treatment and layer it with a focus on health, wellness, and faith. My husband Wil and I are blessed with 4 children and 4 grandchildren; I am grateful for their support.
